Included member registrations: Injury Free sites that have paid the annual membership fee may submit registration forms for up to four attendees free of charge. Sites and individual members who have paid their dues receive payment voucher codes that must be entered below.

Hotel and Transportation

Hotel Reservations: You may make reservations online (preferred) or call Embassy Suites at 1.800.EMBASSY (1.800.362.2779), and use the group code IFC. You will need a credit card to hold the room. The credit card will not be charged until you check into the hotel.

The group rate is available through October 31, 2026. The room block is limited, and rooms may fill up before that date, so please reserve early.

Transportation from the Airport: A taxi from the airport to the hotel is about $30 1-way. This fare may be split if there is more than one person travelling in your group. If there are two or more people arriving in your party, you may call the hotel concierge at 954-315-1313 and arrange a hotel shuttle.

Parking: If driving, the address of the hotel is 1100 SE 17th Street, Fort Lauderdale, Florida 33316. The hotel offers self-parking for $20/day (including in and out) and valet parking for $20/day.
