Brian Peters

Trauma Center Wake Up Youth Assistant Coordinator, Injury Free Coalition for Kids of Phoenix

Brian Peters was born in Brooklyn New York and received his schooling there. His father was in the military and so he has also lived in Virginia, South Carolina, and Arizona. Brian entered the Marine Corps and was stationed in Oahu for about 3 years. Currently he is enrolled in Glendale Community College and is focusing on psychology courses after which he will transfer to Arizona State University West to finish his BS degree. Brian is working as the assistant program coordinator for the Trauma Center Wake Up Youth program and loves what he is doing and the difference he can make. He came back from California to specifically work in this program to help young people avoid the mistakes he made in his youth.
