Program Manager, Injury Free Coalition for Kids of Iowa City
Dr. Gibb's has led national and international outreach efforts, secured major grants, and developed impactful safety education programs. Jenna has worked extensively with nonprofit organizations, academic institutions, and government agencies. She also serves as an Adjunct Assistant Professor in the Department of Occupational and Environment Health at the University of Iowa.
In her new role, Dr. Gibbs will lead strategic direction, operations, and outreach for the Injury Prevention and Community Outreach program at Stead Family Children’s Hospital. This includes the Safety Store, and initiatives focused on bike safety, child passenger safety, ATV/UTV safety, firearm safety, safe sleep, and more. Her leadership will be instrumental in expanding our reach and deepening our impact across Iowa communities.
