Research and Grants Director, Injury Free Coalition for Kids of Minneapolis

Tu Quan, MPH, Research and Grants Director Tu Quan is the Research Manager in the Office of Pediatric Research and Advocacy, Department of Pediatrics, at Hennepin County Medical Center. She has a Master’s of Public Health in nutrition from the University of Minnesota. She has extensive experience in supervising data collection, coordination of intervention projects, pre-testing of education materials in multiple languages, staff supervision, budget management, and working with diverse populations. She supervises the project coordinators and daily functioning of a variety of projects including the Children’s Sentinel Nutrition Assessment Program, Birth and Beginning Years Project for pregnant adolescents, asthma projects, Una Sonrisa Saludable dental project, the Minneapolis Injury Free Coalition for Kids, and other projects.
