Included member registrations: Injury Free sites that have paid the annual membership fee may submit registration forms for up to four attendees free of charge. Sites and individual members who have paid their dues receive payment voucher codes that must be entered below.

Hotel and Transportation

Hotel Reservations: The 2026 conference will again be held at the Embassy Suites Fort Lauderdale. Room block details and reservation instructions will be posted as soon as they are available.

Transportation and Parking: Additional venue logistics will be shared closer to the conference.
