Musical Theater Traffic Safety Show

Two interactive musical traffic safety theater shows were held on Monday April 29th, 2019. The show brings together the neighborhood school children in grades kindergarten through third grade to learn how to be SMART when navigating through NYC streets by foot, on their bikes, roller blades and other wheeled activities. It is interactive, fun and high energy presented by the Apple Corps and sponsored by the NYC Department of Transportation. The event hosted 5 neighborhood schools (PS 4, PS 8, PS 28, PS 189 and St Rose of Lima), 450 students and 45 teachers for a total of 495 attendees. A great time was had by all.
