Injury Free and Safe Kids are hosting the Twin Cities Safety Summit, which will be a gathering of all the safety instructors and planners for injury prevention across the 7 county metro. The goals of this event are: - to find out what everyone is doing in the Twin Cities - to make everyone else aware - to find out each other’s goals for the next few years - to identify the gaps in injury prevention in the Twin Cities

This event will allow safety organizations, both practitioners and educators, to collaborate on topics we have in common, make the most efficient use of our communities resources and partner together on grant writing projects to be more effective.

The variety of safety efforts in Minneapolis/St. Paul and its surrounding areas is extensive. This opportunity to really become informed and united will enable all of us in the injury prevention world to give a clear and focused message about safety and where to the resources and information are located for the general public.
