Program/Event Details:
We have a 2-hour car seat class with a car seat check at the end. Families must pre register for the class. Families that are in need and qualify for a car seat can get the car seats needed at the end of the class. The class is from 3-5pm and the car seat check up is from 5-5:30pm or until seats are checked. Two certified CPS Technicians instruct the course and do the car seat checks at the end. Sometimes we have community CPS Techs that want to come help check seats at the end. All class participants do a pre and post quiz and fill out a class evaluation at the end of class. All seats are checked before they leave with a car seat.
