Trauma Program Coordinator, Injury Free Coalition for Kids of Little Rock
Donna Parnell is the Trauma Program Coordinator at Arkansas Children's Hospital as well as a certified child passenger safety technician. She received a Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree from the University of Arkansas College of Nursing and a Master of Nursing Science degree from the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences Graduate School.
Having oversight of the hospital's Trauma Registry, Donna provides injury specific information for research activities, injury surveillance, and for media releases. She is available as a speaker for community groups, health care professionals and parent groups. Donna is a member of the Arkansas SAFE KIDS Coalition and is involved in injury prevention programs including ATV, bicycle, pedestrian and child passenger safety.
