Teen drivers who are cited for moving violations are referred to this event by their district justices. Parents attend the program for the first two hours - the program offers a look at the realities of injury in motor vehicle crashes and includes risk factors, mechanisms of injury, crash dynamics, rehabilitation issues and disability role play, prehospital and emergency room simulations, tour of the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit, and discussions with injured speakers and social work.
